In this video I show you how to make the Ultimate Philly Cheesesteak Double Crust Pizza. I call this “Wiz Wit” inspired by the proper way to order onions on a cheesesteak in Philadelphia. I made this in honor of my beloved Philadelphia Eagles playing in the Super Bowl and it was a huge hit. Some may think that the Cheese Whiz would be gross, but it added so much texture, kept it moist and prevented the pizza from congealing.
